Since I was a child I have been full of imagination and desire to express myself. The passion for photography was born with the Kodak Instamatic received for his first communion. And it never went out again. Over time it became a job, without me even realizing it, because for me it continues to be a passion. After over 40 years of images I am never satisfied and I am always looking for a step forward. I feed on images and live on ideas, I cultivate many personal projects that enrich me and allow me to face my clients' challenges with an edge.I don't have my own studio, I rent it if needed, but I much prefer to find the location (indoor or outdoor) best suited to the project. It is an important part of service design. Over the years I have learned to act as a creative director and to plan everything down to the smallest detail, only to then add something extra at the moment of shooting.
For me photography is above all emotion and poetic vision. Emotions are the food of our souls and are also the ultimate driver of our behaviors. I'm not very good with words, I've always preferred to use images instead, and I've learned how effective they can be.
I am very inspired by books and films, to tell stories capable of exciting, moving, surprising, enlightening. For years I have been studying the way in which directors manage to create unique atmospheres, to convey the gaze, to convey sensations. I carry within me every book I have read, to which I usually mentally associate images with a story.
The photos must be impactful, people must want to hang them on the wall, giants. Only this type of photo satisfies me. The bar is high, ever higher. This is why I'm never bored, I always have something to learn
